The room at Kaithakuzhi Home Stay had a balcony with a great view. It had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The 24-hour front desk made check-in and check-out a breeze.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be lacking.

We had an awesome value for our money at this lovely homestay in Varkala. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the North cliff restaurants and the beautiful beach. The staff, especially the friendly owner, Pria, made our stay even more enjoyable. They were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The only small downside was that the breakfast could have been better.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away. The owner, Pria, is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could ask for, including a comfy bed with clean sheets. The price for all this is unbeatable. Trust me, you won't find a better place to stay!

I recently stayed at Kaithakuzhi Home Stay for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and main shops. The balcony overlooking the palm grove was a peaceful spot to relax. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, arranging everything we needed. The WiFi worked well, and the quiet area ensured a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this homestay - it's right behind the North cliff restaurants and shops, and just steps away from the beach. It's the perfect spot for couples looking to explore and enjoy the area. The owner of the homestay is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. She even brought me tea and tiger balm when I was feeling unwell. The room was spotlessly clean and had a spacious bathroom. The terrace with a hammock was a great place to relax and take in the beautiful views. The owner also offers scooter rentals and her husband is a tuk tuk driver, so getting around is never a problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it from 4 to 7 days.
We felt completely at home and had no complaints whatsoever.

I had a fantastic time at this home stay! the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the area, it was a great place to relax and unwind. the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. it was a wonderful experience!
While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there wasn't much interaction with the owner during my week-long stay, which meant that my room wasn't cleaned regularly and I wasn't offered fresh towels or toilet roll.
